Frequently Asked Questions

For how long is the trial?

Trials are for 30 days, include all of skuIQ’s features and don’t require a credit card. Every trial comes with a FREE one-on-one consultation to get you set up quickly and worry-free.

How long does setup take?

Depending on what data needs to be synced, a setup can take up from 20 minutes to 2-4 hours. Initially, skuIQ has to fetch information from your POS and Ecommerce services. So, the more data there is, the more it can take for a setup to be completed.

Will a trial change my data?

After signing up and connecting your retail platforms, nothing will sync or be modified. This is intentional so that you can feel safe trying out the software. However, the trial is fully operative, so once your setup is complete and selected products have been linked, skuIQ will sync quantities based on any orders.

Does skuIQ support multiple locations?

skuIQ provides multilocation support for integratations with Lightspeed Retail, Square, Vend and Shopify.

What if I choose to pause or cancel skuIQ later?

You may choose at any time to pause or delete your account. If you pause your account, all your settings will be maintained and skuIQ will simply stop syncing quantities and other attributes between your POS and ecommerce platform. If you choose to delete your account, your login and data will be permanently deleted from skuIQ’s servers and you will need to go through the set up process again, should you ever choose to continue. Either way, the data on your POS and ecommerce platform is safe and will not be affected.

What if I wish to sync additional attributes besides product quantities?

skuIQ can sync additional product attributes or even customer information, and in any direction between your retail platforms. If you need a custom configuration, a member of our Support Team can work with you to understand your needs and help you get set up. Do I need a developer to get started?

Once you have connected your retail platforms, we recommend you schedule a FREE one-on-one consultation with one of our Support members who will guide you through the setup process.
