Synced product attributes
Bidirectional Real-Time Syncing
Fields with this symbol will update changes from either POS or eCommerce platforms to the other platform in real time. For example, sales made online will adjust both the online inventory quanitites and those on the POS platform and vice versa so that inventory remains consistent.
Unidirectional Syncing
Fields with this symbol require a “source of truth” to be selected – either the POS or the eCommerce platform. The master platform will push changes to the other platform. No changes from the other platform will sync. For example, if POS is the master platform, changes to the description field made on the POS will push to the eCommerce description field, but changes made on the eCommerce platform to the same field will not reflect on the POS. If a double arrow is shown only on one side of the chart, it means unidirectional syncing is available only between that platform and SKU IQ.
Limited Syncing Options
Fields with a single arrow in either direction indicate that the information can only be sent between the platform and SKU IQ in the direction shown. Real-time updating is still possible, but options for sending and receiving are limited.
No Syncing Available
Fields with the above symbol indicate that no syncing is available between the platform and SKU IQ.
*Cannot update to a new image after the first upload.
**Square can only have one variation attribute and it will sync to the "size" field in the SKU IQ. The push from SKU IQ can go to a custum field/attribute. Requires manual set up.
