What is Lightspeed X-Series × Wix integration?
A Lightspeed X-Series Wix Integration connects your existing Lightspeed X-Series POS with Wix eCommerce through SKU IQ, giving both platforms one connected inventory workflow without code.
Whenever one platform sells something, the other will update the corresponding stock, keeping inventory numbers unified and up to date. Supported product attribute sync for fields such as titles, prices, variants, and SKUs can also be turned on either uni- or bi-directionally, depending on the field and your sync settings.
SKU IQ is a no-code connection layer between your existing Lightspeed X-Series POS and Wix eCommerce. It is not a new POS, an ERP, or an inventory suite. Lightspeed X-Series stays the POS; Wix eCommerce stays the ecommerce channel. Nothing migrates off either system. Unify both platforms and use SKU IQ to leverage the best they have to offer.
Why retailers connect Lightspeed X-Series and Wix
Stop overselling
A sale at the brick-and-mortar location or on Wix eCommerce updates stock on the other platform, keeping inventory unified and up to date. That means fewer manual checks and fewer oversold products.
No double data entry
Stop entering the same product twice. When supported product attribute sync is on, fields such as names/titles, prices, variants, and SKUs carry across according to the sync directions you choose.
Keep systems you already use
SKU IQ is not a new POS, ERP, or inventory suite. Lightspeed X-Series stays your POS, Wix eCommerce stays your ecommerce channel, and SKU IQ connects them so inventory stays unified and up to date across platforms.
Two ways to unify your inventory
Once connected, you tell SKU IQ how products relate between your Lightspeed X-Series POS and Wix eCommerce. There are two ways to unify inventory:
Link existing items
SKU IQ reads all inventory in both the Lightspeed X-Series POS and Wix eCommerce, checks for items matching by title/name, SKU, or UPC, and generates a Link Report of its findings so you can select what to link and how. Products must have the same structure on both platforms to be linked; for example, a non-variable item in the POS will not match a variable set of items in the eCommerce platform.
Push a catalogue across
SKU IQ sends the chosen item data across, creates an identical copy on the destination platform, and establishes a syncing relationship between the new copy and the original so future stock changes are communicated automatically between both platforms.
What syncs between Lightspeed X-Series and Wix
Multi-location setup? SKU IQ is built for single-location retailers syncing one POS to one Wix eCommerce. Multi-location merchants should talk to SKU IQ about their setup before starting a trial.
What to expect during setup
No developers and no code are required. If products already exist on both platforms, most retailers are syncing the same day.

Connect both platforms
Authorize both platforms through the guided flow. Your catalogues load into SKU IQ, and nothing is altered until you confirm what to do.
Run a link report
SKU IQ reads all inventory in both platforms and matches items by title/name, SKU, or UPC. Confirm the matches you want, remembering products must have the same structure on both platforms to link; a non-variable POS item will not match a variable set in the eCommerce platform.
Review unmatched items
Fix spelling where needed, or push items across. A push creates an identical copy on the destination platform and establishes a syncing relationship with the original.
Validate Sync
Validate the first sync with one or two products so you can confirm inventory updates behave the way you expect.
Choose sync & go live
Set optional product attribute sync for supported fields, either uni- or bi-directionally, based on your preferred primary system settings.
Migrating a large catalogue
During the trial, customers are limited to 50 product pushes. Bulk pushes are available for larger catalogues for a one-time fee; contact Support for a quote.
When you push inventory from one platform to another, SKU IQ sends the chosen item data across, creates an identical copy on the destination platform, and establishes a syncing relationship with the original so future stock changes are communicated between both platforms.
