Sku IQ plans are month-to-month or yearly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.


DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
No. We want to charge our customers fairly and consistently. In the past we’ve offered seasonal discounts but we’re phasing them out. Everyone will get the same fair deal.


IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR YEARLY SERVICE?
Yes, we offer discounts on upfront long-term commitments.


THIS FEELS EXPENSIVE, WHY IS IT PRICED THE WAY IT IS?
Believe it or not, there is a lot going on behind the scenes: server/API calls, page view caching, image rendering, and up-time maintenance. Our platform takes care of everything for you and our prices are always less expensive than hiring engineers and scaling your own infrastructure. Just ask yourself– take 3-6 months building this, or sign up with us and start your omni-channel experience in a day.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You start with a 14 day free trial. We don’t collect your credit card until you’ve determined Sku IQ is the right product for you.


DOES SKU IQ SYNC EVERYTHING FROM THE POS AND ECOMMERCE, OR ONLY INVENTORY?
Depending on your point of sale, Sku IQ will sync everything from inventory, sales, and customers.


HOW DO I CANCEL SERVICE?
Canceling Sku IQ is easy, just email support@skuiq.com.


CAN I SWITCH PLANS?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.


WHAT LEVELS OF SUPPORT ARE INCLUDED?
Every Sku IQ customer receives priority support via email, plus unlimited access to Sku IQ’s Knowledgebase where you are find immediate answers to almost every question. Phone support is available to our Enterprise customers.
